Adam Goldman joins the Saxum team as an Asset Management Associate, where he supports the development and execution of asset-level business plans designed to maximize the overall financial performance of Saxum’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Saxum, Adam worked in acquisitions and asset management at Glacier Equities in New York and JRK Property Holdings in Los Angeles, two real estate private equity firms, where he assisted in the closing of more than $170 million in value-add real estate transactions. He was responsible for managing a multifamily and mixed-use portfolio of more than 1,600 units, implementing operational and strategic initiatives to enhance NOI and drive long-term value creation.
Adam began his career as a commercial leasing broker at Cushman & Wakefield and Adam’s & Company, where he spent six years representing both landlords and tenants across the office, retail, and industrial sectors. Over the course of his brokerage tenure, Adam completed more than 500,000 square feet of leasing transactions.
Adam holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
