Chad Yablonsky, as Counsel is a key member of our legal team. He works with Saxum, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and outside counsel on a wide range of transactional matters spanning acquisitions, sales, corporate governance, financings, risk management and operations.
Before joining Saxum, Chad was the Associate General Counsel at Kushner Real Estate Group and an associate in the real estate practice group of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC. His roles included advising on complex legal issues related to property acquisitions, sales, development financings, refinancings, leasing and property management.
Chad received his B.A. from Brandeis University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
