David Schoer, as Director of Accounting & Operations, is responsible for Saxum’s strategic financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, tax, insurance and information technology systems.
Prior to joining Saxum, David worked as a senior property accountant in the accounting department at Roseland, a Mack-Cali company. His responsibilities included financial reporting and asset management for over 10,000 Class A residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. He was also responsible for creating sound accounting and system controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external partners.
Prior to his time with Roseland, David worked in the accounting department at K. Hovnanian, a premier homebuilder in the United States. His responsibilities included preparation of financial statements and footnotes for the Securities and Exchange Commission filings (10-Q & 10-K). In total David brings over ten years’ experience in the real estate industry, specializing in financial reporting.
David is a graduate from Felician University with a B.S. in Accounting.
