Spencer works within the Acquisitions team on the underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing activities for Saxum’s acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
Previously Spencer worked as an investment banking associate at Nomura Securities where he focused on leveraged loan issuance, equity capital markets and M&A in the enterprise software and property technology sectors. At Nomura, Spencer was an active deal team member supporting $10bn+ in aggregate transaction value through financial modeling, valuation analysis and the creation of client advisory materials.
Spencer received a B.A. in Government from Cornell University with a minor in business from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. While attending Cornell, Spencer played varsity soccer for the Big Red as a defender.
