Valerie McArdle serves as Executive Assistant to Anthony Rinaldi and Chad DeBolt, providing comprehensive support that includes calendar management, travel arrangements, and research, implementation and tracking of strategic projects. She also works closely with investor relations, managing all stages of investor onboarding.
Valerie has an extensive background in higher education program administration and department management, where her responsibilities included managing daily operations and developing new processes to improve customer retention, increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
Valerie has a BA from Eureka College and an MBA from Northwood University.
