Property Manager
William Hall, as Property Manager, is responsible for Saxum’s portfolio maintenance program, including coordinating vendors and contractors, the upkeep of logs and records, assisting with budget forecasts and serving as the first line of communication for tenants. Bill works with both Asset Management and Property Management teams to bolster initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.
Bill has more than 10 years of experience in commercial property management. Most recently, Bill served as Property Manager for Urban Edge Properties, a publicly traded REIT with over $2.9BN in market capitalization, where he oversaw lease management, budgeting, maintenance, property inspections and tenant relations for over 500,000 square feet of commercial space. He is also a licensed real estate agent with Weichert Realtors.
Bill received his Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College where he also participated on the wrestling team and served as a team captain.
