Saxum Real Estate, one of the fastest growing real estate investment and development firms in the nation, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Ideal position for a someone who is looking to hone their marketing skillset in a fast-paced environment. The person that joins the firm will report to and work directly with Saxum’s Marketing Manager and participate in all facets of Saxum’s marketing process.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Marketing Manager on executing the organizational marketing goals and overall strategy. The marketing coordinator with collaborate across departments to develop materials that maintain and further develop a cohesive brand. This is a position that requires a sense of problem-solving, the ability to take feedback from many sources constructively, and the opportunity to take initiative on new projects. Candidates should be able to keep up with multiple projects and deadlines. Marketing coordinator should be able to take on tasks independently, with intermittent reporting back to Marketing Manager. This individual will be an asset in developing and executing on content that pushes Saxum’s message forward. He/She will identify new opportunities for content while supporting ongoing marketing activities as well as ensure all-around consistency on internal and external branded materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing content including promotional materials, SEO, blogs and articles
  • Work closely with leadership on preparing and distributing new marketing materials
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing content by analyzing and researching trends in the industry
  • Ensure all-around consistency on branded materials related to style, fonts, images and tone
  • Develop engaging print and digital marketing materials
  • Create and maintain marketing decks from pre-built templates as well as create new templates
  • Research upcoming industry events and awards
  • Assist in maintaining records in CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Assist in event planning – internal and project based
  • Coordinate with a range of vendors to implement marketing goals set by Marketing Manager
  • Make intermittent updates to company website via wordpress


Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years marketing experience working in a professional workplace
  • InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other adobe creative software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to spot emerging trends and push creative design
  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing and search engines
  • Nice to have skills: Salesforce CRM, Premier Pro
