Multifamily Brand Experience Manager

Saxum Real Estate, one of the fastest growing real estate investment and development firms in the nation, is looking for a passionate, creative, and influential trend-setter to pioneer our multifamily portfolio’s brand experience. This Experience Manager will strategize and help to create and effectuate the visual and experiential standards across Saxum’s multifamily properties totaling over 1,200 units. Understanding that our multifamily renters are ‘guests’, the ideal candidate will bring an enthusiastic and infectious energy to both the everyday Saxum experience and to carefully curated special events.


Each Saxum multifamily location has an extensive array of engaging amenity spaces: lobbies, retail stores, cafés, fitness and wellness centers, test kitchens, libraries, roof decks, clubrooms, etc. The Experience Manager will oversee and ensure an exceptional and complete experience at these spaces, as well as oversee the day-to-day atmosphere and “vibe” of the property in general. Saxum’s goal is to bring a luxury and dynamic hospitality experience to the apartment asset class.


The Brand Experience Manager will report to and work directly with Saxum’s senior management as well as work closely with other members of the Saxum team, including the Development, Design and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter, who is constantly aware of emerging residential trends and able to manage the needs of multiple properties at once, bringing a superior hospitality and customer focus approach to each building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, establish and maintain the appropriate brand experience and subsequent vide for each location
  • Establish brand and experience standards across the Saxum portfolio
  • Curate the hospitality experience that delivers exceptional results
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to Saxum’s residents. Anticipate resident needs and graciously receive and respond to feedback from residents
  • Research and stay abreast of current demographic and emerging residential experience trends, and provide periodic reports to leadership
  • Ensure consistency across the portfolio, while understanding the unique nature of each building
  • Work closely with both Saxum leadership and on-site property management teams at each property to plan and create engaging events for residents
  • Coordinate with a range of applicable third-party vendors to enhance the residential experience
  • Responsible for the implementation of our brand standards across the portfolio including all aspects of tenant experience: food and beverage, concierge, fitness facilities and other amenities


Professional Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (from a hospitality program preferred)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality/hotel industry or in luxury residential customer service. Significant focus on hotel and hospitality experience. Luxury brand marketing or event planning experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to not only identify trends, but also to create them
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel between properties frequently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs required (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Salesforce CRM is a plus
