66 Park Street is a 15,500 square foot, two-story office building located in close proximity to downtown Montclair. The Property is located two blocks from Bloomfield Ave, the main retail corridor through downtown Montclair and three blocks from the Walnut Street NJ Transit Station, which provides direct access to Manhattan in under 40 minutes. Upon acquisition, Saxum commenced a complete renovation of all common areas and tenant spaces, ultimately leading to 100% occupancy at some of Montclair’s largest rental rates. Within 28, Saxum successfully executed its investment strategy and exited the project.
