Buda Gateway
Buda, TXSaxum has collaborated with The Buda Economic Development Corporation, ArenaMan Development, and Drake Real Estate Partners to develop Buda Gateway, a transformative 48-acre light industrial project within Buda’s growing industrial corridor. The project represents one of the largest private investments in the City of Buda and a major step forward in advancing Buda’s long-range economic development strategy.
Upon delivery, the 48-acre site will yield ~480K square feet across five state-of-the-art buildings and offer a product-differentiated, A+ location. A key component of the development includes a new roadway connection linking Buda Commerce Center to South Loop 4, improving mobility, emergency access, and long-term transportation capacity within the industrial district.
