Burleson Cold Storage is a 403,240 SF cold storage facility in Burleson, TX, strategically located 20 miles south of Fort Worth on Interstate 35W. Saxum executed a 10-year lease with a leading Fort-Worth based public refrigeration warehouse, whose customers include some of the most well-known names in the food industry.

Saxum’s confidence in the sector and willingness to break ground on a speculative basis put the project at an advantage over its competition, and Saxum delivered the project on-time and on-budget. The project is just the second speculative cold storage investment in US history.
