Joliet Cold Storage will consist of 294,840 square feet of Class A, cold storage space 100% leased to Arcadia Cold Storage. The fully-racked, state-of-the-art facility will feature convertible rooms with the ability to handle both frozen and chilled temperatures from -10 to 38 degrees F. Additionally, the building will have 38 dock doors, 61 dedicated trailer parking spaces, and 99 car parks.
