Phoenix Cold Storage

Phoenix Cold Storage consists of 293,265 square feet of Class A, cold storage space 100% leased to Arcadia Cold Storage. The fully-racked, state-of-the-art facility has five fully convertible rooms with the ability to handle frozen and chilled temperatures from -10 to 35 degrees F. It is also equipped with ample dock space and doors to manage distribution and container handling services.

The site is located within Copperwing Logistics Center, a 1,200-acre industrial park strategically located off the Northern Parkway, 5.5 miles from Loop 303 and 13 miles from I-10, in the Glendale submarket. Due to Phoenix’s proximity to the Port of Los Angeles, the top port in the U.S., it is a key logistical location for refrigerator/frozen product. Major imports at the port include fresh fruit, shellfish, frozen fish, vegetables and bananas from China, Chile, Thailand, Ecuador, and Vietnam.
