Romulus Cold Storage

Romulus Cold Storage is Saxum's build-to-suit cold storage facility in Romulus, MI that was built for tenant Mucci Farms. One of the largest distributors of greenhouse vegetables in North America, Mucci Farms has leased back 66,300 square feet of the facility under a long-term lease.

The Michigan warehouse enables Mucci Farms to better handle the additional produce grown from its planned 60-acre greenhouse in Huron, OH (currently 24 acres built and harvesting produce) and recent acquisition of Orangeline Farms, a 32-acre pepper grower.
