The Madison Building

The Madison Building is a historically designated landmarked asset located within the center of Montclair’s vibrant downtown community. The iconic office and retail building was originally built in 1912 for the Edward Madison Company and was designed by renowned architects Van Vleck & Goldsmith and is located at 427 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair, NJ. Saxum completed a large scale repositioning of the asset, including a complete renovation of common areas and tenant spaces, resulting in a refreshed, strong tenant roster for one of Montclair’s most recognizable assets.
