Al Flores is a Maintenance Manager responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of Saxum’s commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties. He oversees all building systems including HVAC, life safety, plumbing, electrical, emergency response, and preventive maintenance programs.
Al plays a critical role in ensuring Saxum’s buildings operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the firm’s standards. He is highly regarded for his technical problem-solving abilities, hands-on approach, and consistent communication with tenants, contractors, and the internal team. His work spans a wide range of environments, from office and industrial facilities to high-density multifamily communities.
Prior to joining Saxum, Al served as a construction superintendent and lead carpenter, where he oversaw all phases of construction, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery for complex residential and commercial projects.
