Brandon Alviano brings extensive experience in the planning and zoning for large scale projects, property development and construction.
Brandon started his career as Planner with the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, a State regional land use and planning agency. He was part of professional team that regulated and promoted commercial, industrial and residential development in Northern New Jersey. Brandon transitioned into the construction management industry as a project manager. He led all aspects of construction from project inception to completion. He worked with all professionals across the spectrum of property development, including stakeholders, consultants, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors.
Brandon is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S. in Urban Planning.
