Brandon works within the Acquisitions team on the underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing activities for Saxum’s acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
Prior to joining Saxum, Brandon worked at Velocity Venture Partners, a boutique real estate private equity firm located in Philadelphia that focused exclusively on industrial assets. At Velocity, Brandon was responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and the execution of last mile industrial acquisition and redevelopment opportunities in the greater Philadelphia region. During his time, he served an integral part in closing 30+ transactions across 4 million SF and totaling $500 million in capitalization.
Brandon received a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University from The Smeal College of Business while also competing on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team for 4 years.
