As Senior Associate, Brandon works with Saxum’s Acquisitions team on the underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing activities for the firm’s acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
Prior to joining Saxum, Brandon worked at Velocity Venture Partners, a boutique real estate private equity firm located in Philadelphia that focused exclusively on industrial assets. At Velocity, Brandon was responsible for the underwriting, sourcing, and execution of last mile industrial acquisition and redevelopment opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia region. During his time, he had an integral role in closing 30+ transactions across 4 million SF and totaling $500 million in capitalization.
Brandon received a B.S. in Finance from The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University while also competing on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team for four years.
