David Lizza, Senior Development Manager, has extensive due diligence and project management experience gathered from his 12+ years within the industrial industry. David works closely with Saxum’s acquisition and preconstruction teams during due diligence to assist in determining the viability of projects as well as with the construction team through execution.
David received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in NY.
