Frank Caputo, Senior Project Manager, has extensive pre-construction and project management experience gathered from his 25+ years within the residential and commercial construction industries. Frank works closely with Saxum’s acquisition and development teams during due diligence to assist in determining the viability of projects as well as with the preconstruction team through design and budget development. Upon approval, Frank manages the design and construction teams throughout the entirety of the construction process from the groundbreaking to completion.
Frank started his career in high school and through college working for a local residential contractor where he was responsible for estimating and designing home additions and alterations as well as executing in the field. Following college, Frank leveraged his residential and architectural experiences to step into the commercial sector of the construction. His experiences to date include senior roles in estimating and project management as well as serving as the leader of a preconstruction department. Frank has worked in a vast array of project verticals including multifamily, industrial, student housing, mixed-used residential, senior and assisted living, educational, hospitality, retail, and corporate.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
