Freddy Pimentel, as Director of Accounting & Operations, oversees strategic financial management, accounting, human capital management, and operations at Saxum. His team plays a critical role interacting with all the verticals across the firm to maintain high standards across all financial and operational functions within the company.
Freddy has had an extensive career specifically focused within the commercial real estate asset class spanning over 17 years of experience. Prior to joining Saxum, Freddy served as the Controller at Forty-Seventh Fifth Company, where he managed accounting, treasury, financial reporting, audit, and leasing for property management and construction development. Through collaboration and effective team management, Freddy implemented cost-efficient procedures that enhanced investment performance.
Before his tenure at Forty-Seventh Fifth, Freddy was the Controller at Reich Bros, LLC, where he managed accounting, cash flow, financial reporting, and tax compliance for the entire portfolio. His achievements included securing $75 million in debt for private equity sponsor capital and the implementation of accounting software for an industrial portfolio spanning over 5.3 million square feet.
Freddy holds a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Exam from Southern New Hampshire University.
