As Director of Accounting & Operations, Freddy Pimentel oversees strategic financial management, accounting, human capital management, and operational functions at Saxum. He and his team partner closely with every vertical across the firm, ensuring best-in-class standards and seamless execution of all financial and operational initiatives.
With more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Freddy has developed deep expertise in managing complex portfolios and driving financial performance. Prior to joining Saxum, he served as Controller at Forty-Seventh Fifth Company, where he oversaw accounting, treasury, financial reporting, audit, and leasing for both property management and development operations. His leadership and process optimization introduced cost-efficient procedures that strengthened investment outcomes.
Before Forty-Seventh Fifth, Freddy was Controller at Reich Bros, LLC, where he directed accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and tax compliance across the firm’s entire portfolio. Among his key accomplishments were securing $75 million in debt for private equity sponsor capital and implementing enterprise accounting software for an industrial portfolio totaling more than 5.3 million square feet.
Freddy holds a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Exam from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA from Pace University.
