Ian Kukowski is Saxum’s Vice President of Acquisitions | Industrial.
Prior to joining Saxum, Ian served as a Senior Associate at Sterling Investors, where he developed the firm’s infill industrial strategy, sourced acquisitions across key East Coast markets, and was a key member in fundraising efforts for the firm’s inaugural fund. Prior to Sterling, Ian worked at AIG Global Real Estate where he was responsible for evaluating and executing value-add acquisition and development opportunities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Over the course of his institutional real estate career, he has closed more than $800 million in transactions across a range of property types. Ian started his career on the hybrid trading desk at Wells Fargo Securities.
Ian holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
