Jason Konopolsky, as Vice President of Asset Management, executes on commercial leasing strategies and leads refinancing and disposition efforts across the firm’s commercial and residential portfolio. He collaborates closely with the Saxum’s various verticals including housing, cold storage, and industrial to drive execution and maximize portfolio performance.
Jason brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to Saxum, having spent 12 years at Brookfield Properties. Most recently, he served as a Vice President in the Asset Management group, where he oversaw a portfolio with a gross asset value exceeding $10 billion. His work spanned a range of investment strategies across both perpetual and closed-end vehicles. While at Brookfield, Jason was responsible for optimizing equity deployment and maximizing investment performance through the execution of comprehensive asset-level business plans, including strategic refinancing and disposition efforts across major commercial properties. At Manhattan West, Jason helped drive office occupancy to over 95% across 6 million square feet and secured more than $4 billion in long-term financing for multiple assets within the project.
Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting from State University of New York at Oneonta and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
