As Brand Experience Manager, Kelsey’s focus falls on all things experiential, as her prowess is grounded in hospitality and entertainment. Her talents will provide a unique edge for Saxum to fuse a hospitality experience across our growing national portfolio of Class A multifamily assets. Exceptional tenant experience coupled with best-in-class product will translate to superior rental rate growth, occupancy, renewal rates and overall financial performance of our multifamily assets.

Kelsey has garnered a decade of experience working across hospitality, travel, and event planning. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, she worked for a luxury concierge firm managing travel experiences for international VIPs and corporate groups in New York City. She further developed her aptitude while providing marketing, operations, entertainment, and event management for multiple exclusive properties, including Asbury Ocean Club Resort + Residences, The Asbury and Asbury Lanes.
