The Saxum Adamas Fund was launched in 2016 as Saxum’s first fund, providing a unique opportunity to invest in a value-add real estate fund targeting underutilized assets located within transit-oriented, amenity-rich, affluent communities that exhibited strong growth fundamentals.

The total Fund offering of $25,000,000 invested in 12 assets that Saxum successfully repositioned or is currently finalizing development into best-in-class market product. Within this portfolio our projects have received numerous awards and are regarded as some of the most prominent redevelopments in their respective communities.
