Saxum Special Opportunities GP Fund I

This Fund is designed for maximum flexibility. Its strategy allows Saxum to identify, structure, and execute investments that fall outside conventional fund mandates - often where speed, creativity, and conviction create an edge. The Fund focuses primarily on co-GP investments across a wide range of asset classes and capital structures.

Saxum Special Opportunities GP Industrial Fund

This Fund is a unique investment vehicle offering investors the opportunity to co-invest alongside Saxum in a range of investments. Our GP Industrial Fund presents a rare value proposition for investors seeking to participate in the unique investment opportunities within Saxum's institutional pipeline and portfolio that are often unavailable to individual investors. The Fund leverages Saxum’s national footprint, acquisition and development expertise, and deep institutional relationships to aggregate a diverse portfolio of best-in-class assets.

Saxum Adamas Fund

The Saxum Adamas Fund was launched in 2016 as Saxum’s first fund, providing a unique opportunity to invest in a value-add real estate fund. The Fund targeted underutilized assets located within transit-oriented, amenity-rich, affluent communities that exhibited strong growth fundamentals. The $25mm fund initially invested in 12 assets that Saxum successfully repositioned into best-in-class market product. Eight of the assets in the Fund have been realized, with four remaining.
