Saxum is currently focused on investing in the housing and industrial asset classes, which include cold storage, dry industrial, student housing, and multifamily investments. Historically, we have successfully executed investments in a variety of asset classes including office, boutique office, retail, medical office, student housing, multifamily, cold storage, and industrial.

COLD STORAGE

As a leader in the Cold Storage investment space, Saxum looks to transform the industry by delivering the highest quality institutional cold storage facilities across the U.S. With the aging supply of existing facilities in a historically undercapitalized asset class coupled with a fundamental change in consumer buying habits, the entire cold supply chain is primed for historical transformation, and Saxum seeks to capitalize on these shifts.

INDUSTRIAL

Saxum’s Industrial strategy is focused on the development and acquisition of institutional-quality industrial properties in supply-constrained core and growth markets primarily along the East Coast and Texas. Saxum leverages its best-in-class fully integrated platform to execute on complex development and value-add opportunities.

Housing

Saxum focuses on providing unique housing investment opportunities that capitalize on the demographic shifts occurring across the U.S. We aim to provide rentable housing in markets that are historically undersupplied or undervalued. Whether it's urban multifamily development or targeted value add student housing, Saxum is investing in People.

Transit Oriented Investments

Saxum’s initial investment strategy served to capitalize on the undervalued and inefficient markets surrounding some of the most historic and well known downtown communities. This initial investment strategy built the foundation of the firm and established its ethos of recognizing and capitalizing on undervalued markets and assets. Saxum initially focused on value add investments located within transit oriented, amenity rich and often affluent communities in the New York Tri-State area.

Special Opportunity Vehicles

Saxum's Special Opportunities strategy captures our ability to find, capitalize and execute on unique investments that may not fit neatly into traditional investment strategies. This vehicle provides significant flexibility to invest in various asset classes, in a variety of forms, with a specific focus on co-GP investment opportunities. Our dynamic platform, heavily rooted in an entrepreneurial spirit, has successfully invested in almost every real estate asset class and has the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
