As Development Manager, Daniel Servidio plays an important role in pre-development and construction processes as well on the acquisitions team with preliminary budgeting. He brings extensive experience in project scope development, budgeting, bidding, value engineering, and qualification analysis.
Prior to joining Saxum, Daniel began his career in the construction industry at highly accredited General Contracting firms in the Greater New York City Area. While working at AECOM Tishman as an APM, Daniel worked on landmark projects such as the $2 billion repositioning of Citigroup global headquarters in Tribeca. Most recently, Daniel was an Estimator/Preconstruction Coordinator at Katerra.
Daniel is a Graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business and Finance, and a Minor in Energy Engineering.
