Kyle Lott, as Senior Project Manager, works closely with Saxum’s development and construction teams to oversee and manage the multifamily vertical, from the pre-construction phase through project completion
Kyle started his career as an engineering consultant for the Port Authority of NY & NJ. There he oversaw the geotechnical and foundation construction on many high profile projects, including the World Trade Center and various airport and bridge projects.
Kyle transitioned into the multifamily sector of construction working as a project manager for GCs and developers in Manhattan and New Jersey. He has a well-rounded background in construction, with extensive experience in pre-construction, purchasing, project management, and project closeout. Kyle‘s projects include luxury condos, luxury rentals, and boutique hotels.
Kyle has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
