Matt Daly has over 13 years of real estate experience managing multiple asset classes including office, retail and multifamily. Prior to Saxum, Matt worked for Paragon Realty Group, a private real estate investment, development and management company, where his primary focus was on marketing and leasing ~two million square feet of retail and office space across Paragon’s Tri-State portfolio. Matt was also actively involved in all aspects of Paragon’s operations, including construction and asset management, and he has notable experience in the management of multifamily properties across the Northeast. Since 2007, Matt has been a licensed real estate salesperson in Connecticut.
Matt graduated from Notre Dame in 2001 with a B.S. in Finance. Outside of real estate, Matt’s passion is tennis, and while at Notre Dame he competed as a nationally ranked four-year letter winner and played as high as #1 singles. He went on to compete on the Pro Tour, attaining a top 1000 ranking before his career was cut short by a shoulder injury. Matt coaches part time on the professional tour, having coached Denis Shapovalov and Coco Gauff. He recently had a very successful partnership with Gauff, with her winning the 2025 French Open title. For over 20 years, Matt has coached both Juniors and professionals and he has trained and developed numerous top-ranked sectional, national and ITF players.
