Reza Javaheri, Vice President of Acquisitions | Industrial, sources and underwrites new investments in existing assets and development opportunities within the firm’s dry industrial vertical.
Reza brings 5+ years of institutional real estate experience, having closed over $2.1 billion in transactions spanning acquisitions, debt financing, and equity recapitalizations across a range of industrial asset types. Prior to Saxum, Reza was a Senior Associate on the Acquisitions team at Arden Logistics Parks, where he was responsible for sourcing and acquiring shallow-bay multi-tenant industrial and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investment opportunities. Over his 4 years there, split between the Philadelphia and Dallas offices, Reza served on the deal team for 10 acquisitions spanning nine U.S. markets, together totaling over 4MM SF and $600MM in asset value.
Prior to Arden, Reza served on the Debt Capital Markets team at Cabot Properties, where he helped underwrite and execute the firm’s debt products, including fund-level lines of credit, asset-level permanent debt, and construction loans.
Reza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing the CFA charter (Level II candidate).
