Stephen Feinberg, as Director of Investments | Industrial spearheads the firm’s growing dry industrial strategy and execution.
Steve brings 12 years of institutional real estate experience totaling over $5 billion in closed transactions. Prior to joining Saxum, Steve was Managing Director – Northeast Acquisitions for EverWest Real Estate Investors. At EverWest, he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of existing acquisition and development opportunities across major property types from Boston to Washington, D.C. In this role, Steve established himself as an industry leader in industrial acquisitions having directly sourced and closed over $1 billion in industrial transactions ranging from core to development opportunities totaling over 3 million square feet, largely concentrated in the country’s top performing Northern and Central New Jersey submarkets.
Prior to EverWest, Steve had served in various capital markets roles with JLL and Newmark spanning all major property types, with a primary focus in the New York metro market. He was directly involved in the closing of nearly $4 billion across investment sales, debt and equity transactions while in the brokerage industry.
Steve received his undergraduate degree in Finance from TCNJ.
