Sunny Shah, Acquisitions Associate, works on the underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing activities for Saxum’s acquisition and joint venture opportunities.
Prior to joining Saxum, Sunny worked as an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Annaly Capital Management. At Annaly, he was on the origination team and closed seven deals totaling $350M. He focused on providing financing for transitional commercial real estate assets of all property types throughout the United States. Sunny’s real estate experience spans a wide range of asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hotel, and life science.
Sunny began his career at Altus Group in Research, Valuation, and Advisory where he valued over $8B of institutional quality real estate.
Sunny is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance, minoring in Economics.
